Questions veterans ask
How does this help my claim?
It pulls your whole VA picture into one place — your ratings, where each active claim stands, and conditions you may also qualify for based on what you're already rated for — so you can see your next moves and build the strongest case your evidence supports. It never promises an outcome.
What does it find?
Your rated conditions and percentages, combined rating and Permanent & Total status, active claims and their phase, ITF countdown, and service history — then it surfaces secondary conditions commonly linked to what you already have, as possibilities to review.
Is my information safe?
Yes — Commander Connect runs entirely in your browser and never sees or stores your VA.gov login or password. It only reads what's already on your screen, and nothing is imported until you click Import.
