Our mission
VA Claim Commander exists because too many veterans lose claims they should win — not because their case is weak, but because their evidence package doesn't speak the language VA raters evaluate against.
How it works
Every document is reasoned against a 200,000+ chunk legal corpus — published BVA and CAVC decisions, Title 38 of the CFR, and the M21-1 adjudication manual — then stress-tested before you ever see it.
AI drafts your nexus letters, statements, and DBQ prep from your verified claim profile — mapping symptoms to the specific 38 CFR Part 4 rating criteria for your conditions.
An adversarial AI rater runs a multi-pass audit: factual trace, contradiction check, regulatory-consistency check, and a credibility review — the same scrutiny a VA rater applies.
Every rater finding is applied back into the draft. Critical issues trigger automatic regeneration, so the package you review is already hardened against the audit.

Let's be clear
We are not a VSO, law firm, or VA-accredited representative. We do not file, submit, present, or prosecute claims.
We build the documentation that makes claims stronger — nexus letters, personal statements, buddy statements, and DBQ prep, structured the way raters evaluate evidence. You stay in command of your claim, and we recommend working alongside a free, VA-accredited VSO.
The founder
Mike is an Air Force veteran who served with the Ohio Air National Guard in Combat Communications from 1997 to 2004. He reached 100% Permanent and Total in under nine months — with no service treatment records — winning on private medical evidence connected by strong nexus letters.
He built VA Claim Commander to give every veteran that same fighting chance: documentation built to the evidentiary standard, not gatekept behind $1,000+ services or limited to those who happen to have their service records.
Outside of VACC, Mike holds a PhD in Information Technology — Information Systems Security and serves in a senior security leadership role in the energy sector — the same privacy-first discipline that shapes how this product handles a veteran's most sensitive records.
VA Claim Commander is a verified Veteran-Owned Business, certified by the Texas Veterans Commission (VEP-099193).
Licensed clinicians review your records and sign nexus letters — closing the gap between a strong draft and a signed medical opinion.
Your records. Licensed clinicians. Your corner.
