Not found means not on the pages we read — not that it isn't true. If it is true of you, a clinician's note, a test result or a treatment record that says so is what documents it.

Records you can get this week
You don't need everything to start. A few strong records, especially from your own doctors, are enough to begin.
Your C-file (the VA's full claims file) is worth having if you've filed before or are appealing, and you can drop it in too. You request it from VA on VA Form 20-10206. It can take months to arrive, so ask for it now and start with what you have in the meantime. Step-by-step for every record.
